1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to Sente Care. By creating an account, publishing a campaign or making a contribution, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service
Sente Care provides technology for creating campaign pages, sharing fundraising information, coordinating contributions, displaying progress and requesting payouts. Unless expressly stated otherwise in final regulated arrangements, Sente Care is not a bank, lender, insurer, investment exchange or financial adviser.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Account holders must provide accurate information, have legal capacity to agree to these Terms and protect their login details. Campaign organizers must ordinarily be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
4. Campaign organizer responsibilities
- Provide truthful, complete and current campaign information.
- Obtain the beneficiary’s permission and any required consent for photos or sensitive information.
- Use funds only for the published purpose or clearly disclose and obtain approval for a necessary change.
- Provide reasonable evidence, receipts and progress updates when requested.
- Comply with applicable law, provider requirements and the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Review and verification
Sente Care may review identity, evidence, target amounts, relationships and payout details. We may approve, reject, request changes, suspend or remove a campaign. A verification badge means specified information was reviewed; it is not a guarantee, endorsement or promise of campaign success.
6. Contributions
Contributions are voluntary and do not purchase shares, interest, repayment rights or guaranteed benefits. Contributors are responsible for reading the campaign and deciding whether to give. Payment processing is performed through third-party providers and may be subject to their terms and network availability.
7. Fees
Applicable platform, payment-processing, withdrawal or other fees must be disclosed before a contribution or payout is confirmed. The final pricing page and payment-provider agreement will control where a displayed fee conflicts with general examples.
8. Payouts and use of funds
Payouts may be subject to identity checks, transaction review, available balances, provider limits and supporting evidence. Sente Care may pay a verified beneficiary or service provider directly, delay a payout while investigating concerns, or restrict activity where required by law or provider obligations.
9. Refunds and reversals
Contributions are generally final once processed. Duplicate or erroneous transactions may be reviewed under provider rules and applicable law. Fraud reports, reversals and chargebacks may reduce a campaign balance or delay payout.
10. Platform content
Organizers retain rights in content they submit but grant Sente Care a non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it for operating, reviewing and promoting the campaign. You must have permission to upload all content and must not expose unnecessary private information.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict an account, campaign, contribution or payout for suspected fraud, prohibited use, legal compliance, security risk, provider direction, harmful content or material breach. Where appropriate, users will be given notice or an opportunity to provide information.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Sente Care cannot guarantee that campaigns are completely accurate, will reach their targets or will produce intended results. The service may occasionally be unavailable. Final terms must include limitations that are reasonable and enforceable under applicable law and must not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Complaints and disputes
Contact support first with the relevant account, campaign or transaction reference. Sente Care may request evidence and attempt a fair internal resolution. The final Terms should identify governing law, courts or an agreed dispute process after legal review.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated appropriately. Continued use after an effective date may indicate acceptance where permitted by law.
15. Contact and legal identity
Questions may be submitted through Contact Us. Before launch, this section must state the operating company’s legal name, registration number, physical address and official contact details.
